My wife amazes me sometimes (a lot of the time, actually). She through this link my way announcing the new Hell’s Kitchen Video Game that Ubisoft is cooking up.

I must admit, I’ve watched the majority of this last season of Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen. It’s been a great way for Sue and I to chill out on a tuesday or wednesday night. I even got pretty worked up about some of the contestants and the challenges that they had to fight and endure through. But the best thing about it?
That guy is the man. His no-nonsense, take-no-crap-about-cooking, in-your-face full throttle, was so refreshing.

Literally. Some of the contestants just acted like fools. Some very obviously not up to the task. And he let them know. And they deserved to know!
The thing is that I saw it as healthy dose of constructive criticism. Probably a lot of folks wouldn’t agree with me, but sometimes the harsh truth needs to be told.
All in all, my family likes the guy. Next time were in NY/LA/Florida or wherever in Europe, we’re going to stop by, check his digs out, and eat some yummy yummy.
