Creating Connections: The Vanderbloemen Search Group

It’s an interesting thing being in the “search” business.
I can remember the first time I met William Vanderbloemen: We had lunch together and I had an exceptionally messy burger and I believe he had salad. I thought:
The guy is a machine! He’s in shape, loves what he does, and has more children than I’d ever dare pray for!
It was the “love what he does” part that got me going the most though and we ended up having a great time.
A Different ‘Calling’
Being called into what I call “sticky situations” is not exactly what most people want to do when they grow up. William didn’t either but he apparently has the call and the gift.
It’s fascinating, really.
I mean, he and his professional executive search team are being used by God to help repair “broken” ministries by finding the right people for the right job. Churches that have suffered deep brokenness and crises of all kinds.

Of course not all of the situations that he’s been involved in are as “difficult” but it’s really those types of situations that characterize his passion for “making connections.”
Honestly? I’d want him and his organization on my team if I were in that type of situation. Luckily I just have to deal with “web stuff” and not having to find the next leader to shepherd congregations of all shapes and sizes.
*Whew*
I can thank God for that!
A Solid Process: Privacy & Peace of Mind

William once spent a few moments explaining his process by which he helps ministries find the right people. I’m not sure why it “felt” different but it did.
The overwhelming feeling most organizations get with William and his team is peace of mind; knowing that they’ve got someone on their side fighting for what’s most valuable to them and their mission while not compromising privacy and anything sensitive.
I support William and his team and I love what they’re doing and how God is using them to restore and build up the local church. Please keep them in mind if you know of any ministry and/or organization that could use their professional services.
Thanks William for having the courage to follow what God has called you to do! The service is invaluable and the effects are eternal.

William is the man…
