If I Could Do One Thing Over on My Wedding Day… This Would Be It!

I loved my wedding day. It was perfect.

But, if I could do one thing over, I may have incorporated something like this… Check out this awesome vid (sent to me by my mother…!):

Saw it yesterday. Awesome entrance. Took me a minute to realize that they somehow circled around.

Got married at my wife's old church (not my idea), and we had to clear all songs with the music pastor. Basically all they allowed was hymns and classical songs. I don't know, something about defiling the place. A song like this probably isn't bad enough to make it through to the wood, but it definitely would have defiled the varnish on the pews. We did, on the recessional, take about three steps, then bolt.

Wondering if you guys are willing to design a blog site for me? I like Michael Hyatt's layout…

I am not ashamed to admit that I actually teared up a bit too. What I loved about it was the pure unadulterated joy. Few weddings really invest in sharing the joy that is a necessary part of marriage. I agree that if I had to do it over again, doing something like this to bring in a celebration of joy would be a great idea. But I think that I dance even worse than all of these guys. So maybe not dancing.

If you don't smile while watching this, then you are a bad, bad person. Just sayin'

I watched this video earlier today actually, really funny. It was posted on Offbeat Bride Blog, my fiancée showed it to me, thought it was hillarous.

[...] This one arrived too late for yesterday’s link collection, but it’s a YouTube embed at the blog, Human 3rror; featuring a wedding processional with a twist.   After watching it together, we both came to the same conclusion that this probably reflects the atmosphere that prevailed at weddings in Biblical times.   Check out the action, here.
