The ‘Weird’ Laugh…

I remember back in middle school that one of “critieria” for a “cool” girlfriend was that she didn’t have a laugh that was obnoxious or just plain “whack.”

Essentially, we boneheaded bundles of raging hormones thought that if a girl had a “different” laugh she was pretty much undateable.

Sad. I now find it pretty neat if someone has a “different” laugh… although this “car horn” laugh is pushing it…

:)

I have always hated my laugh. Not obnoxious or worth of getting dumped but a little less than cute and contagious. I feel so much better now about it after hearing hers. Thanks.

Wow, Lori. I hit the comment button and was thinking I was going to write "I have always hated my laugh…" I guess I'm not the only one. That did make me feel better about my own.

It's always been weird to me how universal laughing is, yet we don't have much control over how they sound.

Makes me think of Disney's Mary Poppins movie, when Dick Van Dyke sang the song about how people laugh. Everyone's is different, the important thing is… DO IT!
