    doesn't matter if it's toxic or not both are bad dude. Especially at those amounts i'd be more afraid for what you cannot see. IE behind the drywall etc….Might want to "cut out" a sample are (2 – 4 inch sq) and see what's on the other side….

    Got allergies? That might be the source. We have some mold in our bathroom, and it triggers mine bad. Toxic or not, it needs to go!
